The September 1st Show with Kouhei Masatunga and Jim and Don of Borbetomagus finally got a venue! We'll be playing at collaborative concepts in Beacon, NY. That's 348 Main Street right across from the post office, near the intersection of main street and route 52. e-mail Macgyversimpson@earthlink.net for further info.
In addition to m0dnAr, Kouhei, and the Borbeto sax maniacs, Viodre and Mr. Noise will also be playing.
Also, those tuning in to Jeff from captain bringdown's show last wednesday on wvkr got a little taste of "Pants Dance" off the m0dnAr demo. Tune in on Wednesdays from 12-2pm on 91.1 wvkr vassar college radio to take the pastoral aural ride into free-jazz. And feel free to call VKR up at (845) 437-7178 or IM them at wvkrfm and tell them to play m0dnAr!
Timh m0dnAr will also have a show coming up sunday nights/ monday mornings from 1:30-3:30AM on wmua in amherst, MA in which he often debuts exclusive new m0dnAr songs and personal sound colllages. listen to it streaming at www.wmua.org as well.

m0dnAr fans in new york city tune into wfmu 91.1fm or in the hudson valley at 90.1fm and call in to request that they play m0dnAr songs!!! (or e-mail them) any exposure is great, but it would probably help to have a "single" of sorts. suggested: Snowglobe, Gentleman Jim's, Breakfast with Pat

m0dnAr's album is now available at Trash American Style, a kickass record and misc music-related memorabilia shop in Danbury, CT and still available in Rhino Records at New Paltz. Rhino is on main street of new paltz before the bars when coming from poughkeepsie. Trash American Style is right by the mall- take the main road off of 84 and take a right at the stoplight by the shopping plaza with toys r us/ at the end of the road take another right and trash will be less than a half a mile down the road on the left in a little industrial looking complex. I Strongly recommend going even if you're not gonna buy the album for the sole fact that you can buy actual RECORDS at each, which you wont find at best buy. they've also got experimental noise/ outrock/ world serpent shit/ moog music/ and all the fun stuff that mainstream chains cant guarentee you. without these things, m0dnAr's music would not have been possible.
