In response to a question posed to me long ago by David Bowie, I do wonder sometimes about sound and vision. The 1960’s offered a message of peace and unity through a conjoined world of youth fighting against a mass of oppression from the higher priveledged classes. The 1990’s continued the message by emphasizing personal reflection and self-debating angst as a method of discovering the nature of the soul. All of these things have collided harmoniously with music. The 21st century provides a new message to the alienated and disjointed masses. It is a message with a little bit of hope and m0dnAr fully embrace it.

This vision poses sound as an abstract, a canvas with absolute borders on which the versificator can toodle its notes without getting in the way of the general way of things. This provides a steady and unfaltering view for a growing generation defined by corporate trends and systematic decision-making from above. We must be thankful for these ready made decisions with tons of love songs on cue/ que, and these songs shall reflect the very bewildering world to the attention-deficit market. Here, they will find that embracing anxiety as sanctuary is the key to cohabiting a world of potential victims, all eyeing the doomsday clock with a finger on their trigger and the pulse of pop culture.

In essence, we are just carrying on the work handed down to us by our mutato forefathers. Pinks, norms, and spuds will soon come together to embrace the m0dnAr future. The postmodern postcript is a deterioratingly confusing world, viewed as aesthetically beautiful from a distance, in which art and language are essentially meaningless, self-reflection is self-destruction, and peace and love are what hallmark or fox news tells us what they should be. We will be there at the end of the world, in the low-light, understanding very little, and wholeheartedly amused by the lack of repetition.

God Bless us everyone,
We are m0dnAr

We Will Find Saddam in Each Other's Arms

One day,
we will find saddam
we will find saddam in each others arms
Some day love
we will find saddam
we will find saddam in each others arms

will i violate the geneva convention of your heart?
will or stations parade until our united nations fall apart?
will i be broadcast on al-jazeera for invading your territory?
should i defend your honor or march in the street?

One day,
we will find saddam
we will find saddam in each others arms
Some day love
we will find saddam
we will find saddam in each others arms

is the net worth all we see?
will we manifest a new destiny?
is it right to burn the pipeline to my soul?
saddam loves the spring, but its growing cold

So one day,
we will find saddam
we will find saddam in each others arms
Some day love
we will find saddam
we will find saddam in each others arms

how long until our severed love is free?
am i an ace of spades or a chemical ali?
but bagdhad knows not shock and awe,
like looking into your eyes.
now can we have peace
or just a piece of your mind?

One day,
we will find saddam
we will find saddam in each others arms
Some day love
we will find saddam
we will find saddam in each others arms
